Starting in September, I will have increased capacity for new clients on Tuesdays.
As part of my holistic and affirming approach to mental health, I support individuals exploring their sexuality, intimacy, and relationships in all their forms. This includes people of all genders, sexual orientations, and those with neurodiverse, cognitive, or physical experiences. I can also support individuals with intellectual disability to explore sexuality in safe, respectful, and empowering ways.
You might be curious about your identity, looking to build more meaningful connections, or wanting to feel more confident in how you express desire, set boundaries, or experience closeness in ways that feel right for you.
I offer a safe, sex-positive, and inclusive space where you can explore these topics with openness and support, free from judgment or pressure. Together, we can work at your pace and in ways that respect your values, needs, and experiences.
I offer focused psychological strategies that are available for Medicare rebate through the Better Access initiative (Mental Health Care Plan via your GP). This means you can get the support you need while making the most of accessible, affordable care.
I’m here to walk with you on your mental health journey, offering compassionate, evidence-based strategies that are tailored to fit your needs. Together, we’ll create a plan that works for you and helps you move forward with the support you deservepractices to help you overcome anxiety and improve your mental well-being.
I offer Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT)-informed support to help you navigate intense emotions, build healthier relationships, and develop practical coping strategies. DBT is a structured, evidence-based approach that combines mindfulness, emotional regulation, distress tolerance, and interpersonal effectiveness skills.
Whether you're experiencing overwhelming emotions, difficulties with boundaries, or challenges related to past trauma, I can support you in building the tools to respond more effectively and feel more in control of your inner world. My approach is compassionate, neuroaffirming, and trauma-informed tailored to meet you where you are, at your pace.
I provide therapy that is proudly LGBTQIA+ affirming and grounded in genuine respect for diverse identities and experiences. Whether you’re exploring your gender, sexuality, relationships, or simply seeking a space where you don’t have to explain who you are. I’m here to support you without judgment.
I understand that LGBTQIA+ individuals often face unique mental health challenges, including discrimination, internalised stigma, and identity-related stress. My practice offers a safe, validating environment where you can explore these experiences at your own pace.
